Sujok Therapy Level 1 - Syllabus

Sujok Therapy Level 1 introduces you to the philosophy, origin, and development of Sujok through clear visual explanations. You will understand the principle of similarity between the hands, feet, and the human body, and how this forms the foundation of Sujok therapy.

As the course progresses, you will learn how to accurately locate correspondence points for different muscles, bones, organs, and body systems. You will also be introduced to various Sujok treatment methods, including Acupressure, Acupuncture, Seed Therapy, Moxa Therapy, Energy Treatments, and More.

The course also includes practical training on how to use Sujok techniques and instruments for common day-to-day ailments. You will learn how to apply the right method, choose suitable treatment points, and find alternate points when a selected point does not respond as expected.

This is not just a theory course. It is a practical and engaging journey into a beautiful life-skill that can be used for personal well-being, family care, and service to others.

Yes. Level 1 introduces Sujok acupressure through correspondence points on the hands and feet, so beginners can understand how point-based Sujok treatment is applied.

Does the course cover seed therapy?

Yes. Seed therapy is covered as one of the practical Sujok methods taught in the beginner course.

Will I learn how to find Sujok therapy points?

Yes. A key part of Level 1 is learning how to find accurate Sujok therapy points for muscles, bones, organs, and common day-to-day problems.

Is there a Sujok points chart or PDF?

Yes. We provide a small introductory Try Sujok Therapy PDF booklet for simple self-care points. Official Sujok books and charts can also be purchased separately, but official course slide PDFs or manual PDFs are not provided as downloads.

Is Sujok the same as acupressure or acupuncture?

No. Sujok is not the same as acupressure or acupuncture, but they are related. Sujok has its own hand-and-foot correspondence systems and also includes methods such as acupressure, acupuncture, seed therapy, moxa, and energy work.

Yes. This course is officially certified by the International Sujok Association, the only global Sujok authority for this certification pathway. Certification, exam process, eligibility, and level-wise requirements are explained before enrolment.

How long is the Sujok therapy course?

Course duration depends on the level and current batch schedule. Level 1 and Level 2 usually run for one week each, while Level 3 and Level 4 usually need two weeks each.

Are class recordings available?

Yes. Class recordings are available for up to 30 days so students can revise the live online sessions.

Are PDF course slides or official ISA manuals included?

Official ISA course slide PDFs or manual PDFs are not provided as downloadable files. We do provide class support materials, a small introductory Try Sujok Therapy PDF booklet, and guidance on official Sujok books that can be purchased separately.

Are Sujok instruments included in the course fees?
